Hi from the retreat!

So great that places are discovering how wifi keeps people happy when you're staying at their facility... here we are at Trout Lodge, one of the very best retreat sites I've ever been to, and today I was once again reminded how grandiosely high school students think of their abilities. One of our guys was on the high ropes for the first time this afternoon, and he reached the highest point. I was on the next element over, and called to him, "Hey, Michael-- how do you like it?"

He looked at me, put his arms out wide and said, "It needs to be bigger!"

We did a moonlight zip line just a little while ago, and it is one of the most amazing feelings in the world-- running into the darkness, feeling the harness slowly lift you off the ground until you're flying across deep nothingness... try it!
